This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it, and how to contact us.
1. Who controls your data
LineArtReady is operated by Savi Tech Limited. For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact david+lineartready@techconsultant.dev.
2. Data we collect
We collect account details such as email address, sign-in identifiers, preferences, credit balance, and activity needed to run the service. We also process uploaded photos, temporary processing files, generated PNG artwork, SVG beta exports, support references, and technical logs.
Payment checkout is handled by Paddle. We receive payment and transaction information needed to add credits, reconcile purchases, detect failures, and provide support. We do not store full card details.
3. Why we use data
We use data to create and manage accounts, process uploaded photos, generate artwork, provide downloads, maintain credit balances, handle payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, keep the service secure, and understand whether the product is working.
4. Photos and generated artwork
Uploaded photos and temporary processing files are stored privately and expire after 7 days.
Generated PNG and SVG beta artwork is stored privately and remains available in history for 30 days.
We may keep limited account, payment, support, security, and audit records for longer where needed for legal, tax, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-handling purposes.
5. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The app uses essential browser storage for sign-in, app state, and security. Optional analytics or advertising tracking runs only when configured and allowed by the consent gate. You can block or clear browser storage in your browser settings, but some app features may stop working correctly.
6. Sharing and service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, image processing, payment checkout, email or support workflows, analytics, monitoring, and security. We share data with those providers only as needed to operate LineArtReady.
7. Security
Images are stored in private account-specific storage. Download links are short-lived and generated only after sign-in. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we use technical and organisational controls to reduce risk.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain uses of your personal data. Contact us using the email above and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve privacy concerns. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority or supervisory authority.
