What to include

Include whether the issue was background removal, recognisability, missing subject detail, line weight, PNG download, SVG beta export, or credit balance. Do not email sensitive customer photos unless requested for debugging.

Self-checks

Try a clearer source photo with good lighting, keep the subject large in frame, use lighter line weight for small items, and disable background removal if the background is part of the desired engraving.
