Refund policy

This policy explains how LineArtReady handles purchased credits, failed generation attempts, and support adjustments.

1. Purchased credits

Credit purchases are final and we do not offer cash refunds for purchased credits, except where a refund is required by law. Credits are not cash, are not a stored-value account, and cannot be exchanged for money.

2. Payment confirmation

Credits are added only after payment confirmation is received through Paddle checkout. If a payment is declined, cancelled, incomplete, or not confirmed, no credits are added.

3. Failed generations

You are only charged when usable artwork is created. If generation fails before artwork is produced, no credit is used for that attempt.

4. Bad results

Generated artwork can vary because source photos vary. If a result is clearly unusable, use the in-app support link and include the support reference shown there. After review, support may add a replacement credit or make another account adjustment.

Replacement credits are a support remedy and do not guarantee a cash refund. We may decline replacement credits where the issue is caused by unsuitable source images, unsupported use, repeated misuse, or failure to inspect files before production.

5. SVG beta export

SVG export is a beta feature. You should inspect SVG paths in your design or laser software before cutting. SVG beta quality issues do not automatically qualify for cash refunds.
