Terms and conditions
These terms govern your access to LineArtReady, including accounts, credits, generated artwork, downloads, and beta features.
1. Who we are
LineArtReady is operated by Savi Tech Limited. In these terms, "LineArtReady", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Savi Tech Limited. You can contact us at david+lineartready@techconsultant.dev.
2. What the service does
LineArtReady helps users turn uploaded photos into black-and-white line artwork for laser engraving workflows. PNG is the primary download format. SVG export is currently a beta feature and should be inspected in your design or laser software before use.
Generated artwork is provided as a practical preparation tool. It is not guaranteed to be perfect, production ready, suitable for every material, or suitable for every laser machine.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and only use the service for lawful purposes.
We may restrict, suspend, or close access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, used to attack the service, used for unlawful content, or used in a way that harms other users or LineArtReady.
4. Credits and payments
LineArtReady uses credits for artwork generation. A new artwork generation starts at one credit. Regenerating the same photo can cost half a credit. Uploading photos, adjusting filters, downloading completed files, and generating SVG beta exports do not use extra generation credits.
Credit purchases are processed through Paddle checkout when payments are available. Credits are added to your account only after payment confirmation is received. Checkout return pages, browser redirects, or incomplete payment attempts do not grant credits by themselves.
5. Failed generation attempts
You are only charged when usable artwork is created. If generation fails before artwork is produced, no credit is used for that attempt. If the app reports a failure, follow the support guidance shown in the app.
6. Your photos and rights
You must only upload photos, logos, artwork, or other content that you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for the content you upload and for checking whether you have the rights needed for the finished engraving, sale, or customer order.
By uploading content, you give us permission to process, store, transform, and display that content only as needed to provide the service, operate your account, generate downloads, provide support, and maintain service security.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use LineArtReady to process unlawful content, content that infringes someone else’s rights, abusive or exploitative material, malicious files, or content intended to bypass security controls. You must not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service.
8. Laser workflow responsibility
You are responsible for checking generated files before cutting, engraving, selling, or delivering finished products. You must test sizing, power, speed, material suitability, and safety settings in your own laser workflow. LineArtReady does not provide laser safety advice or machine settings.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LineArtReady available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. Beta features, including SVG export, may be less reliable than the primary PNG export.
10. Liability
LineArtReady is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost sales, lost business, production errors, material waste, or damage caused by using generated files without checking them first.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law, pricing, or operating requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of LineArtReady after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, the courts of Scotland will have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you mandatory rights elsewhere.
